Personal Training is for you if:

  • You’re tired of “quick fix” programs and are willing to dedicate 12 months to getting in shape in a sustainable way.

  • You want an expert to hold you accountable and keep you consistent through the program.

  • Private Personal Training/Coaching Sessions.

What can I expect?

  • Private Personal Training/Coaching Sessions.

  • Each session is 60 minutes.

  • It's about YOU. I will listen to you and we will collaborate on the best training approach and timelines. With this in mind, workouts are designed using a well-thought-out strategy which can include functional fitness circuits, compound exercises, strength training, cardio, interval training, plyometrics, power, agility and flexibility & balance. 

  • Tracking your progress - weight, measurements, fitness assessments.

  • Nutrition tip for the best results.

When and Where?

 

The sessions can be practiced individually or in groups according to the level.

My coaching session takes place either outdoors, or indoors (at home, hotel room or at your gym if you have a subscription). Alternatively, we can organize a studio or find the perfect location in the park! The choice is yours.

I am available 7 days a week in the region of Amsterdam and its surroundings.
