Passionate about nutrition, I am a trained consultant, personal trainer and nutritional coach, certified in the field of holistic and natural nutrition. Sports coach and instructor of hypopressive methodology graduated by IDHA school, I transformed my passion into a profession. 

A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a fan of fitness, athletics, cycling, pilates and yoga, my sports knowledge allows me to have a global vision and work efficiently towards our goals.
